Bad ground?

hey guys.
For the last 3 days my 95 eclipse will not turn on. No electrical what so ever, Ive checked everything over many times. battery is good, New terminals, fuses are all good. The only thing ive noticed is a small spark on my negative terminal when i was checking the battery. Do i have a bad ground?

A small spark just means something is drawing power with the key out, I'd look into that.
