For whatever reason the Generator light, the battery light and the parkin brake light stay on while the car is on. They are very dim and actually flicker. Seems like the flicker faster with more rpms.

Battery tested good, its a red top battery, and the alternator is less the 6 months old. Rebuilt OEM. Sounds possibly like a bad ground somewhere?

Just saw a thread on here the other day that proposed the idea of the alt still being bad, due to a failing diode causing what you explained above, if not, then it would be a short/bad ground.

What about oil leaking on the alternator? Could that cause a short or pre mature failure?

Yes oil leaking on the alt kills them. So make sure that's not whats happening. But know that over half the reman alts sold at auto stores are junk and people are constantly returning them for another over and over and over. Also the alt tests at auto stores is worthless. Do you have over 14v at battery with engine running?
Here's a alt/battery test you can do: http://www.dsmtuners.com/forums/new...reeway-electrical-problems.html#post151165661
