Grinding when clutch is enguaged

Ok so i just bought this 91 TSI on tuesday. My 3rd dsm to be exact. car has 4000 on rebuilt motor. has an exeddy oem clutch kit in it. well the car was fine untill it started raining yesterday. when i push the clutch in about half way down i head this horrible grinding noise. and it is hard to get in gear sometimes. even when its all the way in it still makes the noise. now when im at idle you can hear the TO bearing making that high pich chirpping noise. but when its down its a loud grinding noise. it dosent do it all the time but its still bad anyone have any opinions on this?

now te car wont even go in gear so im guessing the TO bearing went then took out some of the fingers on the clutch.

Could be your whole tranny. So you're saying it makes a grinding noise when you put it in gear.

It sounds like your TOB is shot. The pressure plate isn't nessesarilly busted, but I wouldn't run it anymore, or you will bust everything.
