i just installed a spec stage 3 clutch on my car along with a remanufactured tranny, after breaking the clutch in for 500 miles (50 miles more than the 450 mph specified) now when the clutch is engaging but only when it is under load not just at idle, it seems as if the clutch plates are making a loud grinding noise. anyone have any idea?

i had the master cylinder replaced no more than a year ago so that wouldnt be the problem i wouldnt think anyways. Maybe the slave cylinder but the grinding happens when i slip the clutch, but i can slip the clutch a little and it wont grind. Still slave cylinder? thanks for the info guys
