2G Green wrap on wires going to ECU 97 Eclipse

I am working on a 97 Eclipse GST I purchased used and am just now getting around to getting it on the road. It has been messed with quite a bit and i'm just trying to straighten it all out. I have posted 3 pictures of the wires that came out of the ECU, could someone tell me if the green heat shrink is factory or if someone added it. It does'nt look factory but it goes over a foot into the wire loom and connects to some white wires i don't know what they are.

I don't have a wiring diagram or a manual. I have one on the way that i purchased from ebay. I am thinking it once had a SAFC installed. I have downloaded a manual but can't seem to find a wiring diagram. Thanks advance for any help.

The green wire cover as well as the grey taped bundles are both from the factory like that.
