Greddy RZ BOV vacuum nipple replacement?

Like the title states, the vacuum barb on my RZ is broken, I've tried the Greddy knock off ones with no luck suprisingly. Anyone know where I can get a replacement?

Do you know what size thread it is? And do you know if it's the same size as the one on the Type-S? I might have one of those laying around.

If you can figure out the thread size then you should be able to pick up a new nipple fitting from a local hardware store.

It looks like its a 4404 fitting based on what I can see(looks like a male pipe end to a hose stem). Maybe this link can help you ID it's size, 4404 Male Pipe Thread Hose Connector on Air-Way Mfg. Co.

I work for Air-Way doing research and development, I might be able to hook you up with one if you are having troubles finding them once you know what size it is.

Just so everyone knows, its going to be metric. I tried to find one for my old Type-S, never did.

I'm almost positive that both of my Type-S' use a tapered pipe thread fitting in the upper hat.

heh, I didnt even think of it maybe being metric. We don't run as many BSPT pipe threads, and do not have them online.

Still though take the fitting out and get some measurements and figure out what pipe thread you are working with.

If you still cannot find the part once you know what you're working with maybe you could re-tap the hole to a more common pipe thread and use a diffirent sized fitting.

Alright, thanks for the info guys. 99gst_racer I'm sure the type S is the same as long as it's not the knock off, did you happen to find one laying around, I'd be happy to take it off your hands

Also, I cannot get the thread size for a while as the car is not with me.
