I have a brand new Greddy RS BOV, recirculated. I went to boost leak test my car, and all the air shoots out the BOV. I've taken the recirculation tube off and I can feel it with my had shooting out that hole.

BOV has about 100 miles on it. At idle I can hear a whistle sound, which I think is air leaking through the BOV. I tightened the nut on the top of the BOV all the way to hard, and it still leaks. Is there probably just junk getting stuck in there causing it to not seal?

Tapped into the J-Pipe.

I fixed it. The rubber seal had become folded over itself, so when it went to close, it could only close 3/4 of the way.

Now my next problems, fixing all my boost leaks and my oil pan that doesn't stop leaking.
