greddy boost controller help

Just picked up a 95 eclipse that has built so well it has a boost controller be for I messed with it. Boost would come in at 3200 rpm. Well stupid Me touching stuff trying to learn it. I messed it up. No boost not starting till 4000rpm doesn't feel to have as much as it did. Any have one of the greddy controllers.
