Got me a 98 Eclipse GSX

So I had been looking for a while and finally found me a pretty nice 98 gsx pretty much completely stock, it has a 3" turbo back exhaust, and a stage 2 clutch and he said an after market BOV. I will post some pictures tomorrow.

So I have a few questions now.

The car seems to raddle a little especially going over a speed bump or driving down the highway the hatch seems a little shacky not too horrible, just wondering is this normal?

The clutch seems a little stiff in 1st gear and going into 2nd once it's crusing it shifts into all other gears just fine and really smooth. I am use to driving a dodge neon sxt 5spd manual.

Next the car has this blue light on the dash near the heating nobs that lights up when I turn off the car. I think it is some sort of an alarm but the guy said he never used a car alarm and only used the key to open the doors and start the car. So I dont know if it has an alarm or not.

So curious what you guys think, and stuff I should check to make sure my car is going to be running smooth.

Looks much better. Makes me almost want to tear into my parts car and swap the black interior into my gsx.

So I guess it is about time to join the club of fixin the olll dsm.
So I was driving to college this morning which is about 45mins away.
When I get to the turn off exit and slow down from 65 to about 40ish I see this blueish white smoke come out of my exhaust.
Oh shoot I think to myself, so i turn off the music roll down the window to listen for any knocks or whatever and I hear nothing, car is still running great. So I give it some gas and turbo starts to engage and the needle goes about half way up on the gauge and I hear this loud noise I thought it was a fire truck siren so I let off the gas it went away, so I stepped on the gas again and it came back I realized it was me. So I drove the rest of the way to class and I made sure not to go over the half way mark because that noise was horrid.
The blueish smoke came basically when I was slowing down or taking off from a light or if i was sitting there and reved the engine up to about 5k.

After class I did some research online and basically I ended up looking at the turbo for any broken fins, and to see if there was any shaft play. There was no broken blades, and the shaft was nice and solid in would not move up or down and just a tiny bit in and out. No oil there either.
So now I just checking for inputs from you guys. I think it could be a head gasket maybe? but I am not sure of the noise I have a good feeling it is the turbo, but maybe its a gasket that is bad?

Anyways I drove it back home and at 65mph on the high way there is no smoke but still the noise if I let it get to the half way mark on the gauge.
When I slowed down to about 40ish the smoke was back and there when I slow down and take off.
