Good break kit for my 1997 GSX?

I have to get new breaks basicly


Looking for a complete kit


I've only come across the Brembo Big Brake kit and Stop Tech's kit, but they are expensiiiiive :S


I need to ask you guys about this because there is no market for these things in Norway , or atleast you have to know exactly what to look for


Ofcoruse EBAY is my friend but i have to know some brands or names i can look up

And your experiences with them if you will

Well, searches for Brakes (Noun) would likely return more than Breaks. (Verb) But being from Norway I would say it's understandable.

Since you are in Europe, you could look into Evo brakes as a replacement, or some people have used bits of other cars. You have access to 3000GTs there?

i think there are around 10 x 3000gt's in norway with licence plates on them

probably some withouth aswell for drag-racing etc but how many i dont know

Yea obviously im googling Brakes and Brake Kit etc , i was just thinking i could narrow my search down abit by asking you guys for help, can be quite time consuming googling around the world

Get some Brembo front calipers, Hawk pads and some Roto Pros rotors.

If you can track down a set of '99 JDM galant knuckles (probably a lot easier in your neck of the woods) you can install the Brembo brakes from the EVO 8 on a tight budget. Although I'll admit when I was running GSX calipers (on my GST) with Powerslot rotors, Porterfield pads, SS lines and Motul 600 fluid those brakes would bite even harder than my EVO Brembos. Just a thought.
