i do all the mods on my car. every mod that is listed in my profile, i put on and i just got done putting in my engine and trans in. i just got tired of f*cking w/ my car. thats my im sending it out.

you will be very happy with what you get. every time ive gone in there i got parts at a great price and the 3 things ive had them do to my car i was very pleased. all you have to do is go in there talk to eric like a normal human being instead of some of the kids that tell him (not ask) to beat an internet shop that only stays open for a good year. infact if you talk to him the right way, you wont even have to ask for a better price he usally will just take it off. but anyways have fun, Jim

Greendsm, We use the 34MM door. I can understand your case on the door possibly being too big but we have seen Zero Ill effects from going with the larger door and the ported opening. If what you say is true about the door being pushed open then the turbo should spool later as a result of it. I can deffinetly tell you that spool time is never changed. No if someone were to install that door and put the improper tension on the arm and therefore the door I can deff. see a problem with that. However that roots to installation error not an incorrect part. I will pop in your thread later on today. Its nice to see an educated argument on here rather then a pissing match.

ok, here it is....im not going to get a the set up i was planning to get. come to find out my car was in worse shape then i thought.


my rear wheel bearing is bad and so is that caliper, one of my ball joint is bad along w/ my tie rod, my timing cover is ripped to shit, my oil return line is leaking oil, and my upper intercooler piping is messed up. i knew most of this already and didnt come much to a shock to me seeing that i bought this car 2 1/2 years ago not knowing i was buying a lemon. so here i am paying for my ignorance before. also, my compression is 120 across the board. :thumbdown

but the thing is, eric from AMS wasnt trying to bullshit me and wasnt trying to ripped me off. he actually gave me good advice about my car. its amazing how he was helping me out. i dont care what ppl say about their shop, these guys know their shit and know what they are doing.

so heres what im going to do...im having them fix it and put a thermal cat-back on and their upper ic piping on my car and they are going to street tune it. then im going to save my money and build up a block. oh well, shit happens.


at least ill be able to drive my car back and forth to work now. .

(In GOLDMEMBER voice) I LOOOOVE AMS. Everyone is so helpful, and rather than other shops like ULTIMATE(LY LAME) DRIVER, they have no problem answering any question you ask them. BY THE WAY, Don't ever go to Ultimate Driver, unless you own an SRT4 then take it there, so they can F it up, and if you own a SRT4 replace your shift knob with a DILDO, cause you're ### SRT4 IS NOT DSM, sorry, every SRT4 tries to race me and I just laugh, I especially love the '03 models without the LSD! im so sorry to hear that. , j/k. i know ur doing and good job and fast ass work. i couldnt believe when i talked to eric today how much u did. amazing. yea im very determined to get it in good condition where i can drive it again. also, my dad set a fire under my ass to make sure i can stop borrowing his truck.

i put money into a car that not even worth it. honestly eric(stampy) if i didnt need a car asap, i would of taken ur advice.

hopefully, all that work ams is doing to my car, might get it tomarrow(friday).
