Going the fp18g route

Not to talk anyone out of a sale here, but you don't need any install kit if you're buying your own j-pipe.

Slot the two upper holes on your 2G's T25 oil return line toward center a bit. It won't take much- you'll be able to gauge the amount of material you'll need to remove by tracing a MHI oil drain gasket on the flange the mounts to the bottom of the turbo. I actually prefer the 2G oil drain because it's less prone to cracking at the flex section than a 1G oil drain.

Concerning the oil supply, you can either replace the T25's hard metal oil supply line from the filter housing with a braided steel line, or go with something like this line with sources from the head location sold by Extreme PSI:

EXTREME PSI : Your #1 Source for In Stock Performance Parts - Oil Feedline Kit (Head Location): Mitsubishi Eclipse 90-99

You can't go wrong for the price; it saves you about $140 over the full install kit.

Already have the stainless oil feed line kit on my t25, thanks though.

Then you'll need nothing additional to install a 16G on your car in place of the T25. Use your existing coolant lines and banjo bolts, slot the two upper holes on your oil return, use your existing stainless oil supply line (may need a banjo fitting for the 16G) and install your j-pipe. Installation done!
