You can run it either way. People run it off the throttle body elbow (blow through) for a few reasons.

If you blow off an intercooler pipe, which can happen, you can still drive the car home as long as the MAS to TB elbow coupler didn't blow. Not too big of a deal as I keep extra clamps and tools in my car all the time - In true DSM'r fashion LOL

You can vent your BOV for the loud psssht sound between shifts. I had my BOV vented initially but ended up recirculating it as I didn't like the extra attention it drew to my car. That and every damn honda kid thinks you want to race because you have a vented BOV:rolleyes:

Running it before the turbo (draw through) is probably the quickest/easiest way to get things set up and running. You will need to cut/modify your upper intercooler piping and get the right sized couplers to run in a blow through config, unless you buy an UICP already built for a MAFT in blow through setup. I had to cut about 4 inches off my UICP and run a new bead so my coupler wouldn't blow off under boost.

Running off the throttle body elbow myself with the translator box screwed (self tapping) into the firewall.
