ECMlink Getting started tuning with DSMLink v2

So I have seen a few videos but not exactly what I'm looking for. DSMLink has been in my car now for about 6months and I have yet to tune it.

Question 1, are the fuel tables supposed figure out by themselves and set in the ECU?
Question 2, are the MAF tabs supposed to be adjusted as well by themselves?
Question 3, Why does my DSMLink spike and everything while trying to stream capture or just streaming? At a couple of points it said I was at 1252hp at 30lbs boost. while my car is only on stock boost.

Not sure what you mean by "figure out by themselves". Are you asking if they'll adjust for you (no user input)?

Yes, I read some where that it'll store my STFT as well as LTFT. Obviously I read it wrong or just assumed... Will post as soon as I get a chance.

Also I know that the coolant temp is not working, not sure why though.

Go through all the demos. It is very easy to follow. They will help you get a base tune.

Start with 7. but be sure to look at them all.
