After blowing my 420a, I thought I'd pick up a tsi just need's a valve cover job done to it. Now What do you guy's think I should do with my JE Piston's and Crower I Beam's, and Super 16G Turbo???. Thnx for any input.

I thought going from 420a to 4g63 would save me money in the long run :) as far as rebuilding a 420a over and over not that there bad engine's but it's just gonna be the DD for now on.

oops put gsx in the title my bad.

same here. I had a 95 n/t and decided it would be more reliable to have a factory turbo motor. Definitely a better motor for the job!

yeah I mean it was a good run, but looking online alot and I knew it would'nt last and it had to happen on my way to work, LOL now wut should I do with the internal part's??? toss em?. Now can I just slap my 16G on the 4g63? because I've looked and saw it was good for 400hp beyond that it would need forged piston's etc.

ROFL There's no such thing as saving money with a DSM no matter what engine it has ROFL

:| But seriously though. Good choice going with the 4g63:thumb:.

What year is the TSI you picked up?

With the 2g you can't just put a 16g on. I've never had a super 16g and there are a number of different kinds/brands of super 16g so I can't name the differences between them and a normal 16 g but I'm pretty sure you're going to have to change your oil and water lines and, depending on the compressor outlet, get a J pipe. But like I said, I've never messed with a super 16g. As far as the pistons and rods go, sell them bad boys on ebay or something.
