ECMlink Galant VR4 4g63 problems

Hey y'all, I just bought my first dsm, its a 91 Galant VR4 (929/2000). It has Slowboy stage 2 block, Slowboy head, 58mm FP red, 1200cc FIC injectors, ECMLink v3 and a bunch of mods. Unfortunately there is some front end damage from a previous owner and after that I think she may have been neglected a bit.

When I got her she was hitting fuel cut around 12 psi. I installed a AEM truboost and it ran a little bit better and wasn't hitting fuel cut as often. After looking at the tune it was set to hit fuel cut at 11 psi. I'm pretty sure its running 14.5 pound waste gate spring so I hit fuel cut anytime I floor it. The engine can definitely handle 14.5 psi so I'm not sure why the fuel cut was set at 11, any ideas?

I datalogged a 5 min drive and everything looks pretty good but my timing is jumping around a lot, I'm not that familiar with DSMs so I don't know why this is happening, I know the O2 sensor is bad which is making it run very rich but I don't feel like that should affect timing.

I have the data log but it is quite long, how do I shorten it? Also how do I save the current tune? I want to edit the tune but make sure I can go back to the old one if I can't figure something out. Lastly I want to get new coil packs because it is COP but I can't find any ones that look like good quality. What brands do y'all use?

fuel cut set at 11? Elaborate please.
post a log. Take a new one if you have to.
Timing will cycle at cruise. It's supposed to. True for every car.
Posting a log not only lets us look at the conditions but it shows us the settings. Car should not be hitting fuel cut with what you are listing.

Ok, I can't figure out how to export a tune so I just took a screenshot of a shorter pull I did. It ran pretty good but feels slow for being at 12 psi, also ,my turbo has a very long spool time for some reason. What I mean by hitting fuel cut is that when I go into ECMLink and go to my ECU tuning it was set to hit fuel cut at 11psi. I put it at 16 psi because I have a 14.5 psi waste gate and want to hit the waste gate before fuel cut. My Wideband reads all over the place but usually is at its max reading, I am wondering if this has anything to do with it being slow. I replaced the o2 that came stock on the car and it runs a little better but how do I know if why Wideband is wired into the ecu?

I tried doing that but the files don't even show up on my computer just the file for downloading ECMLink. I tried to drag and drag it into here as well but that didn't work either. is there a special way I have to export them?

Add file to post.. I'm only on mobile so I can't see if you have to force non-image extensions to be visible though.
