Fuse not getting power!

My radio, diagnostic port, interior lights, door ajar do not work i have checked every fuse in the fuse box under the dash and the engine bay fuse box all are fine except fuse #11 isn't getting power the 10v red fuse by the radio fuse. I replaced it with a new one nothing still not getting power. I have checked everything and i am stuck on what to try next anything ideas will be much appreciated.

Edit:The room lamp fuse reads 0.23 on my volt meter the rest of the fuses are getting power but that one.

check the to 10 amp red ones in the yellow clip in your engine bay fuse box that's what caused it for me. i do no if one of them is out not sure witch one, your diagnostic port will not work.

yes that is the fuse not getting power the room lamp i replaced it with a new one and still didnt fix the problem also my diagnostic port does not work.

I assume you pulled the fuse and measured both connectors for fuse #11 in the relay box.

If that's the case and you do have 12v at dedicated fuse #8 then it sounds like a problem is in the red wire or connector feeding that fuse. It's common with the red/black wire to fuse #8 and comes from the 60A fusible link #2

Pull the fuse out and check both sides where the fuse plug into. You should get power one side but not the other. If your not getting any power, check for relays...let me know if this helps. One quick thing, check the housing the fuse plugs into. The wiring may be lose.

Thanks guys either end is not getting power i checked the diagnostic port it reads 0.23 same as the fuse.Just checked over the fuses again found the 100a alternator fuse blow could this be the cause of all the problems?

It could be.

Just replace the 100 Fuse and you will see what happen.

oh i see, yeah mine has the same issue and this other guy on here had the same exact thing. The funny thing is i dont have any blown fuses.

Do you have a manual?.

Get a manual and look for the line.

A line might be mist up and avoiding for power to pass through.

Are you sure you don't have a blown fuse?.

Did you checked the radio fuse?.

Take the radio fuse off and check if you have power.

If you have power, then check the line from the fuse to the radio.

The radio fuse is located at the engine fuse box, It has a yellow plastic covering two fuses (that's the radio fuse).

If there is power on the line, your best choice is to take the radio off, and look to see if the fuse that is located at the back of the radio is not blown, It is is blown, It will never work.

The only fuses that deal with the radio and dome light are #11, #8, and #2. Check out pages 100 to 104 on the electric manual.

If it's not #2, then it might be a bad wire somewhere between #2 and #11.

I'm agree, I have learned more reading the schematic then alll the electrical that I have ever done in my live.

Is boring at the beginning while you get to understand how to read it, but once you learn, more you want to read.

To the OP.
Read it and you will find where the line from the radio comes from and what connectors to check for continuity.

Checked the fuse on the radio it was fine checked the rest of them there all fine but the radio fuse in the fuse box is reading 0.23 volts.but i sold the shell monday to help fund my bros awd swap.
