Hey guys, I'm trying to setup a fuel system to accomodate pretty high hp (500-550whp) with e85. I've done some research and talked on some local threads, but wanted to make sure every thing works right. I currently have a walbro 255 in-tank, aero. afpr and have decided to get 1450cc bluemax injectors. The rest is open for opinions and ideas.

wally 255 in-tank --> stock line --> bosch 044 in-line --> -8AN (sized) rubber line (will rubber work with e85?) --> fuel lab 818 fuel filter --> -8AN (sized) rubber line --> rail bigger and anodized --> 1450cc bluemax injectors --> -6AN (sized) rubber line --> afpr --> -6AN (sized) rubber

One of my specific questions is how will I attach the bosch 044 pump to the stock fuel line?
^ If that isn't possible, is the picture below where I would attach the new line at the tank? If so, does anyone know what size the thread is on that stock fitting?
Another is where do most people mount in-line bosch pumps on a 2g?
Lastly, I plan to do push-lock hose and fittings. Will this hose accomodate e85?

Thanks.

I've found that I won't save much money at all using push-lock, so I've come up with this setup. It should be sufficient.

tank --> -6AN hose --> bosch 044 in-line fuel pump --> -8AN hose --> fuel lab 818 filter --> -8AN hose --> rail (must be anodized to handle e85 and at least as big as -8AN lines) --> -6AN hose --> afpr --> -6AN hose

I'm still curious where 2g owners mount in-line bosch pumps.
