Fuel sending unit quick fix here??

On my sending unit the high flow line thats know to break, is broke on mine.

my question is, can i put a rubber gas line hose on it and clamp it down real tight.

will it hold?
anyone fix theirs this way?

If you are going to try and put rubber line on to fix it, you need to make sure and get fuel injection hose if it's high pressure
