Overland Park,
Right now i'm running a Forced Performance T28, with an EVO III manifold. Stock Fuel System.

At 15psi I hit 900 degrees C EGT's.

I have a Walbro 255 on order.

I am wanting to run about 23 lbs....

My current shopping list is the aeromotive fpr and return line kit from SBR, as well as PTE 680 injectors, and a S-AFC.

What are my limits going to be with this fuel setup on how much boost I can run, and what can I expect out of this setup? My goal is to run a 12.999999999999

My current mod list is filter, LICP, UICP, bov, profec b ii, t28, evo iii manifold, and egt/boost gauges. am I going to need exhaust to make this happen? am I going to need a frontmount to make this happen? With all of this setup, will it be enough to support a SBR 2g/20g setup?

Unfortunately, unless the A/F gauge in your wishlist is on a wideband O2 with a digital readout, it's not going to be enough to tune with, even in combination with an EGT. You will need a logger to dial in your SAFC with your new injectors, because with it you can monitor knock by way of watching for dips in timing.

Without one, getting a good tune is going to be aggravating at best, and VERY costly at worst.

With a logger and the other mods you listed, though, (which are all right on par for your goals) you may be able to get into the 12s, especially if you can run an open downpipe. With exhaust, low 12s should be within reach.

I would highly recommend a full exhaust and a FMIC prior to a 20G purchase.

I do have a pocketlogger right now that i can use.

what's max boost i can run w/o exhaust and fmic?

You're probably at your limit right now considering the restrictions of the stock exhaust and the inefficency of the stock smic. Any more and the excessive backpressure caused by your stock exhaust will generate excessive heat that will cause your engine to knock. Your smic at those boost levels will get heat soak rather easily, also contributing to knock. Get the exhaust, you'll notice the difference with less lag.
