I'm sorry if this sounds repetitive but I'm having a hard time figuring this one out.

My fuel injector on my 4th cylinder has gone out 3 times and I'm a little tired of replacing it and dishing out money for it.

I took the fuel injector from the 4th (not working) cylinder and swapped it with the 3rd cylinder and the third cylinder failed to fire. So its obviously the fuel injector itself going out.

What could cause this?

Clogged fuel injector? But why would only the 4th fuel injector continue to get clogged?

Maybe the injector is getting to much electricity and its burning out? Idk if that's possible or not but I'm just lost. What would be my next step?

+1 on checking voltage at injector.
Also inspect injector harness to make sure wires are secured and it is making good contact with injector. An intermittent connection can cause some issues.
