I plan on running 650cc injectors a 255lph fuel pump and a s-afc 2 controller. I want to run about 15-18 psi. I was wondering if this was a good fuel setup?

other mods... I have a 16g turbo from hahns and a full 3 inch exhaust system and greddy hard piping with the typre rs bov.

Yeah thats a good setup only thing you are missing is a AFPR, once you get that you will be good to go. I would also, this just a suggestion, but get a logger to be safe. especialy since you want to run higher than stock boost. Not saying that your fuel mods wont be enuff, but it will be safer for and your engine will thank you when you can read when its knockin and pulling time. It will jsut be a mucher safer way to tune and get more out of it.

If you don't plan on going with a bigger turbo, save your money on an AFPR and get a 190 fuel pump. They are good for 400hp.

As stated above you will want to run an AFPR otherwise it will be near impossible to tune. Also 650cc are a little hard to tune with an SAFC so I recommend going with something like DSMChips.com. Or run a little more boost so you don't have to take away so much fuel.

What are your goals? Like DGajre777 said, why go with the 255/AFPR setup if you don't need it?

If you're ok with making anywhere under 400hp, stick with the 190lph pump, forget the AFPR, and get a logger. Also (optional) a Wideband o2 kit would be a great piece to tune with as well.

You can easily run 20-21psi with a 190 pump and 650 injectors on 93 octane.

Look at the chart that shows the recommend fuel requirements for different turbo's and psi levels. A Hahn 16g would be considered an upgrade turbo.

If you're stuck on the idea of getting an AFPR kit, then Aeromotive is the way to go. You could probably run a little more boost with this setup, say 23-24psi, but you definitely need a logger AND a wideband o2 setup to tune safely.

Do you have an Eprom ECU? If you do, as Adam stated above, you can get a Stage III chip for $125 from Keydiver, www.dsmchips.com and ask Jeff to burn a chip with 11.5:1 A/F ratio and about 16-17 degrees of peak timing. This way you can ditch the SAFC, get a 190 and 650cc injectors and call it a day.

well my goal for right now is to do a little bit of upgrading because I am going to buy a built 6 bolt motor in the near future and i plan on using this system not only now but to break in the built motor. and in the late late later future I want to try and hit newhere from 450-500whp.

no i dont have an eprom ecu and idk to much about that yet im still studying it. I know I dont have to do ne work with the chip but i guess that sounds like the best idea

Since your goal is 450-500whp, look into 255 or 255 HP pump, AFPR, DSMLink, E-Prom ECU and 850-950cc injectors. I don't see a point in going the SAFC/logger/650cc injectors route and having to buy bigger injectors and DSMLink down the line. Get what you want the first time instead of spending money on the same stuff twice.

what do u want to turn up the boost on your t-25? 15lbs can be done with out fuel mods. But 15 is about max you'll get out of the t-25 before it turns into nothing but hot air.

Actually since you're a 95 GST, you probably do have an eprom ECU.

Do a search on the boards on how to tell if you have an eprom. There's a sticker on the cover of your ECU and generally if there is an E on the bottom right and corner of that sticker you have an eprom ECU. If you search the boards you'll probably get to see some pictures to help.
