2G Fuel pump sizing

I've been reading and some people say yes and other say no..
Will a 190 fuel pump be sufficient with 650cc injectors and evo 3 16g turbo to boost in low 20s. Or will I have to have a 255?

If you ever plan on going bigger turbo than the Evo 3 16G then get the 255 so that you will have plenty of fuel but the 190 with a rewire will do the job that you need.
