fuel pump not sending fuel

I just got done swapping out my clutch on my car and it took me about a week and a half and finally got ready to drive it and when i was trying to start it it would not fire
after looking around i noticed that it was my fuel pump and maybe there was no gas in the tank but there was
there was no fuel getting the the shreader valve on the rail but the fuel pump was making the priming noise when on ACC but just never send fuel out
What could be wrong from it sitting there for about a week maybe??

along with all that the ecu makes a whining sound when the car is on Accesory and when i plug and unplug the ecu i can hear a gurgle sound from the fuel rail and the fuel relay clicks
and i can unplug the f.p connector at the pump and it still makes a 'want to prime' noise

To add on again the fuel pump is good i tried swapping it with a nother one and the same results
Anything??

When i took out the clutch i had basically the entire right side of the motor removed.. could a missing sensor or a ground i frogot to place that could cause this?
I had the ECU sitting in my house the whole time along with my battery

to add on to this the relays in the engine bay that i am pretty sure are the main fuel pump relays have continuity through them and my fuel pump is rewired

Are you sure you have enough fuel in the tank? If it is gurgling with plenty of fuel in the tank, your polarity on your pump could be backwards. That would cause it to run backwards

Add positive and negative straight to the fuel pump and see how it does, disconnect the hose from the rail and see if the pump is pushing fuel, pay attention to see if the fuel comes with enough pressure to make the engine run.

+1^ thats what i would try. your fpr could not be working right also. and yeah i missing ground would make the ecu not respond correctly depending on what ground or sensor is missing.

yeah i figured that out the voltage was not what it needed to be at the pump it was registering .07V at the fuel pump and knowing that that was not enough i ran a direct 12 volt source to it through a swithch and it turnded right on

any reason there would be low voltage at the fp conection?

did you check all fuses?Mayby bad relay.Def check all grounds on FW

i was thinking it could be the main fp relay but not sure were that is on 420a 2g

Unless you have a fuel return line its not good to hot wire your fuel pump. Your asd relay would be what you need to check out for the low voltage. Last time I tried to hot wire my pump it was to much pressure and started leaking out of the injectors.

mine had the same issue. check the mpi relay is plugged all the way in. then check the starter relay under the hood. once i did that my fuel pump went back to 12.7 volts

were are those relays located at under the hood?
I can see two that are right next to the clutch master cylinder are those it?
also my car starts without putting the car to start all i have to do is put it to ACC and put in the clutch and it fires up

Those are the ASD ("MPI") and fuel pump relays. The starter relay is in the fuse panel on the driver's side of the car under the dash.

Sounds like there might be a problem with the ignition switch or wiring. Was your car ever hot-wired before?
