Fuel Pump Hell..

I recently bought a OEM replacement fuel pump for my Talon, and was attempting to replace it earlier. Since I didn't have any flare nut wrenches (and cannot buy them, seriously don't have any money at all) I used a lot of PB Blaster, and when the fuel pump line still wouldn't come off, I used a clamp with a cut off wheel to try and cut the end of the fuel line off. Well instead of cutting it, the clamp just pinched the fuel line, and due to my amazing strength (or the amazing strength of the fuel line) snapped the clamp. So now I'm stuck with a pinched fuel line. I went to the local auto parts store, and got a foot of 3/8 in break line (guy said it would work the same as fuel line) to replace it. My question is how am I going to cut that fuel line without creating a crapload of sparks and engulfing myself in flames.

Also it took about 5 hours to drain 2 gallons of gas, what the hell is that about?

I searched, and people said to use a hacksaw.. I don't really know if that's too smart..

Also VFAQ is useless if you can't afford tools.

Doesn't really help me at this point, after I already broke the fuel line, I need to cut it off and add a new piece now, but how can I cut it off without sparks?

Does your family own a pair of hedge clippers? I dont know how you expect rubber line to work, but it's not. You're going to have to get a bulk head fitting with 2 AN fittings.
