fuel problems gvr4

OK so I have a 91 gvr4 with stock 14b

Aftermarket parts ecmlink lite v3
Afpr
Walbro 255 pump
Hallman boost control pro
780cc injectors

Now my problem is it will fall in its face at 3k and lean out (16-1)
Are my injectors to big?
I was having boost problems at 4k with 450cc injectors
I'm also running 38psi for
Smells gassy and I don't get it should I throw 450cc back in or what
91 octane

How's your tune? That would be where I would start first. Post up a log, can't really help much without it.
