I recently installed a Walboro 255 to replace the failing stock fuel pump on my 95 tsi fwd with a 6 bolt swap. Im running stock wg boost and after driving about 3-4 miles i started smelling gas and had a decent amount leaking from under the car. I tried to start it while looking at the fuel tank lid and saw that gas was coming out behind the fitting in between the metal and black hose.

Does anyone know how i can replace this peice. Not having much luck searching. Most of the posts say just go AN fitting.

This thread will help you understand what parts need to be replaced and what thread pitch the stock fittings are and what fitting are required to do a AN system swap.

Also you profile is not filled out, I am assuming you are running the stock FPR. If that is so, then you are over running it with the wally 255, I would look into an aftermarket FPR for you system as soon as possible, or switch to something around 190lph, either a wally or evo 8 pump.

Thank you for the help. I believe i have an aftermarket FPR. The guy that works on a ton of modded imports and domestics told me it would be ok.

If i recall correctly when i did mine you have to loosen the fitting on the bottom end of the rubber line first because that one the nut spins on the steel line as long as its not rusted to the line. Then you can undo the rubber line at the sending unit. Installation is the reverse of removal.

Gotcha. Sounds easy enough. Computers are more my thing over cars, just checking to make sure I couldn't break anything beforehand.
