I have a couple of questions regarding fuel lines.
1) are these lines labeled correctly?
2) for the fuel tank vent line, can I remove this and vent near the rear of the car? Is the piece at the end of the line the check valve? Im guessing all I need is a run of hose rated for fuel and a check valve?
2a edit) I think the answer to 2 is no, the check valve is on top of the fuel tank, right? Im 99% sure I just replaced it, and if so, the routing of the line makes sense since its close to the return line end point. No idea what that piece at the other end near the engine bay is though.
Ill be replacing the fuel lines at a later date with AN lines. For now Im trying to clean up what I dont need and reuse brackets for new brake lines.
1 = fuel return line, between middle and outside line, same diameter as vent line
2 = fuel feed line, middle line and also largest diameter
3 = fuel tank vent line to charcoal canister (removed), furthest outside line
