I have a 16g turbo on a 92tsi motor... What else would need to be done to put 750cc injectors on it... Also it's having a rough time idling and when low idle it starts clicking any ideas?

As mentioned you need a tuning device to compensate for the injectors. An SAFC is recommended for 650 cc injectors or lower. With 750's or larger it would probably be in your best interest to look into ECMTuning's V3.

For your idle problem are you still on the stock 450 injectors?

I'm running 880ccs with just a MAF-T. Really, any piggyback device shouldn't be used with larger injectors than the stated 650ccs, but it can be done. My car runs great , aside from a swaying idle, but it still goes smooth and the ECU compensates for any of the problems.

I have a walbro 255 pump I believe and also have a dsm link to tune it with

Just running 10lbs of boost right now... We just got the motor running again... Been out of commission for two years

I'm not sure what injectors are on it right now.. My brother had his mechanic put all that stuff on. Said he upgraded the injectors with the turbo. But I'm not real sure
