My wheel bearing, hub assembly, axle, upper ball joint are all either rusted together, or stuck (axle in the hub) does anyone know if the same parts from a fwd will fit on the awd. Now i know that the caliper and rotor are different sizes. But what I want to do it unbolt the control arms and try to keep the whole assembly together and swap it from a fwd to my awd. Being I have a fwd parts car and I know those are not all rusted together. Are the splines different on the fwd axle and the awd axle?

got to hate when you start stripping threads, unfortunately, PB blaster doesn't fix that. you've got a LONG list of options if that kingnut is cross threaded, all of them are a PITA though. I bet by the time your done and your GSX is up and rolling again you'll know how to take apart that suspension with your eyes closed if you don't already. If that axles stripped as well as the kingnut then this is what id do... dousche the kingnut in PB blaster and get an impact gun on it, if you don't have air tools then a big breaker bar. You can't ruin it anymore and your looking at a lot of time taking apart suspensions if you can't get that axle out of there...
