Friends new turbo

He posts as Awder here. Its his new Evo III 16g. Comparison pictures with his 14b, Evo III and our other friend's daughter's turbo. This is on a 2G by the way.

Evo III is much faster at 12-13psi vs 18psi on the 14b. Not a bad turbo. The other is a SCM 61.

The one friend bought the evoIII turbo, upgrading from a 14b. The scm61 belongs to another firends daughter

Yea Diambo, the maifold for that car is crazy. It has 7 runners on it. #1 is feeding the 14b. The exhuast coming off of that is running into the #2 runner which feeds the Evo III. The exhaust off of that feeds the #3 & #4 runners. Those two runners then feed the SCM 61. This car is just nuts. It litterly has 3 stages of boost.

Dumb, Stupid and Retarded. Teehee. No, the Evo III is a nice upgrade. Pulls well, but still not enough for me. Kind of hard when I just stepped up from a 60-1 to a GT-42 .

My car was a VPC/GCC. So just imagine how conservative it was. Still tons of room left. I sold that car though. But, as far as airflow goes, the 60-1 was maxed out. Saw almost 60lbs/min at that boost.

No, I just picked up a GT-42 for my girlfriends GSX. Its a 2G. Going to push the 7 bolt within an inch of its life. We are stepping her up from a T-25.
