Fresh 14b install help

Ok so I just install my fresh rebuild 14b on my 95 gst
Im feedting the turbo from the head!

Ok the problem is when I REV the engine and after 3k makes a dam noise! It song like a blender or something like that and is not building no boost at all!

Mods are!!

1g bov
stock pump rewire
K&F air intake
eBay MBC

This is my DD please help!!

Yea I think the turbo need to be lance cause today I went to I specialist on turbo balancing and he toll me that the turno is junk and is not repaireble!
But today I found a good 14b and I'm instaling it tomorrow and see if the was the problem or just a big boost leak!!

Nop! J just cleaned with simple green and carb cleaner and new compressor o ring

Ok j just finish my 14b install and I take it for a spin and this thing was pushing 19 psi of boost then I stop to turn it down a little, so on my way back home with only 16psi I thing I blow the intercoler!,
now the RPM won't go any higher than 3k. Oh and the noisy blender went away!
