Forgive me for posting in the newb forum but I can't post elsewhere yet.
Okay so I have the compressor housings and center sections from both a 92' 14b turbo and a dodge conguest turbo(starion). I want to know if i can use a 13b exhaust housing. The compressor housing on the conquest i cannot use but the wheels are immaculate. The wheels on my 14b are trash so... I want to use my 14b compressor housing, conquest wheels/center section, but dont know what exhaust housing to use. i want to use one from a 13g but will use a 16g housing if a have to.

I think that the stock housing 6cm for the 14b is too small. the 13g housing is definitely going to be too small. I wouldnt waste your time with it. I think its either a 6cm or 5cm.

I would use the 16g hotside (exhaust housing). You will definitely feel a different form the stock 14b housing to the 7cm 16g housings.

The stock Starion / Conquest turbo is a TD05H 14G with an 8cm turbine housing. You cannot use a 13G turbine housing on this turbo because a 13G is a TD04 unit; a completely different family of turbochargers.

Also, it should be noted that the 14B compressor has an inducer of 1.695" and an exducer of 2.285" while the 14G wheel of the Conquest has an inducer of 1.80" and the exducer is the same....so plan on doing some machinework if you're putting a 14B cover on a 14G wheel.

So should I just modify the compressor housing to work on my 2g and use the whole conquest turbo with a custom o2 and dp setup? or just rebuilt the 14b and use a 16g hotside?
