Looking at possibly getting a Frank 3 and have a few questions. first off, I got to test out the turbo on the car it is on now and it doesnt seem to reach full spool until about 4,500 RPM's.( the car also has some exhaust leaks and possibly boost leaks) After looking around on DSMtuners, this seem to be the norm for how long it takes to spool. Will this turbo work good for drag racing and daily drving on my FWD? I also have all my mods listed in my profile and I think all I would need yet is some injectors. I'm thinking anything from 650's- to 750 should work. If anyone has some experience with this turbo and could throw me a little info that would be great. Also, I have the number off the casing on the turbo and was wonder if/how I could find out the exacts on this turbo. I believe its the TD06 but I'm not exactly sure how to tell. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

4,000 RPM's sounds a little better. What kind of boost was he running?

Anyone else with any info.... pa-pa-please don't do this to me.:toobad:

since I'm out here in Cali, I can only run 20psi on 91...its great power from mid to top....I have a td-06 20g that is clipped 10 degrees

Didnt the franks never really put down good times for what they were? I was lead to belive that its best just to go with a straight TD06 20G
