Does anybody know what v-band flange works with the outlet on the Forced Performance fp30 housings? I have a housing I want to make a downpipe for but cannot seem to find the corresponding flange that fits well. I've emailed FP and they told me it was a "low profile flange made by Tial" but they do not stock them anymore. Tried searching and came up with nothing. I've purchased about 5 different flanges(vibrant, stainless bros, garrett outlet flange, atp turbo, etc) and nothing fits. It's a 2.5 flange but the OD of it is alot smaller than most flanges in this size.

Tried reaching out to FP again to see if they could do some more digging but they haven't responded so I'm posting here.

So the flange your looking for im actually using on my Dsm now. It is very low profile and not the easiest to weld. Fp doesn't make the 02 housings anymore. Id say your best bet is to try a Morrison fab 02 housing as they now make them for this specific set up! If I had that option when doing mine I would of went that route but it wasn't available at the time.

While that looks like a really nice piece, I already have a full v-band exhaust on my car so the two bolt flange doesn't do me any good. Also the v-band they use doesn't have the male groove in it like the fp o2 housing.

Ya that doesn't help then, I thought you might of still been 2 bolt for the downpipe connection. That's interesting I never really thought of that but I know what your saying.

I know someone already mentioned it but when I was in the same boat I reached out to Morrison and they built me a nice one using the TiAL flange. Been using it for a couple years now. I'm sure they could build one to match up to your vband exhaust if you asked.

The Morrison one is build to order so they can do whatever you want. Ship them the housing and the downpipe and they can make it happen. I'm in the same boat, those v bands are a TiAL part. Have you called or emailed TiAL?

Both Morrison and BSfab have made o2 housing for the FP30 housings, they could definitely let you know what flange they use. Knowing FP, its probably a Garret flange or a TiAl flange. I run a BSfab one myself, I would rather the Morrison, its a nicer piece, plus they are vendors here.

Edit: I missed where the OP said it was a TiAl flange. Morrison Fab would be your best bet to get that info.
