would you be able to show how you did the driving lights button? I'm currently working on the driving lights and the cruise control and you don't have any room... or at least i havn't found any.

i cut the plastic out on the switch to make it fit

how did you get your's to light up evenly, if you look at mine(posted before), there are a couple hot spots and then it fades real bad.

just in cae any one was wondering there is a lense on the top of the led that if you have a dremel or very fine sand paper. Grind it down a little bit then what i did was hook it up to my car battery and test to make sure it wasn't broken. Kepp going until the lens on the top is dremeled of but do not go to far because you will wreck the led. ANd also i was wondering ihave all my interior lights blue already i bought some blue lights fo rthe floor and those were easy to find size 194 i think but the ones i am having trouble finding are the ones that go into the map lights. I found out that they are size 212-2. Does anyone know where to get blue map light bulbs..thanks peace

dude, dont grind them down, i think that made mine worse, and mine lighted up evenly after i postioned the led a bunch of diffrent ways, it looks a hellova lot better than it did

well what i did was i took that little round twisty bulb socket out from the back of the center console and i took out all the metal wiring out of it the light bulb uses. there are two metal clips at the bottom of the socket i pulled them out. then mounted the led in it and used silicone to make sure it stays. then i just screwed it back in, i wanted to keep it like stock back there and not have to glue it incase i want to take it out or replace it.. so ne way i put it in and becasue of the lens it made one really bright spot and everywhere else was dark. so i took it all out again grinded the lens down put it back in and the light spread out evenly and it looked alot better.

DId my HVAC lights finally, really really easy.. Now how the heck am i to do the cruise/back windshield/other lights.. I need a VFAQ on those ones :p

i figured out what happend, the rehostat went toast and now i just bypassed it by connecting the black wires on the back of the rehostat if anyone has the same problem...

I thought the same happened to me but it was the tail light fuse under the hood. If anyone needs a rhesostate for a 1G contact me, I bought it thinking it was toast.

hey guys, whats up, i took part of my hvac area apart today to try to see if can find the lights but i couldnt take out the hvac itself out? how would i go about that? also i saw that some of the switchs have little lights in them i just unscrew those lights out and unsolder the old leds off and then just put mine? were does the resistor come to play at? if someone could do a more step by step guide that would be great or if someone has it already please email me it at [email protected]

Jim

So exactly how many leds do you need to do all the switches and hvac guages left and right of the driver?

Can someone give the breakdown?

Thanks

well I have one that is very dim and pissing me off so why not change them all. Out of curiousity are there different blue leds. I mean actual colour wise. I would love to match my new c2 gauges from autometer.

Ok I didn't really say that.. I prefer performance over rice... performance over rice... performance...

I just put some puddy around the hole and it helped show the light better, might wanna give it a try.

Next is the A/C button, should i use the same LED/resistor combo?

Thanx~
