Where would i look to find decently cheap fiber glass pillars and stuff or would it be better to just make my own? If so, how would i go about making those?

Not sure what you mean exactly, looking for an OEM or a custom fiber glass look?

If you're looking for a custom look I'd just sand the one you have and paint it.

Well, i saw on here that somebody made fiber glass pillars and headliner and such. It looked really clean so i was seeing if theres somewhere you can buy them already done. Instead of making them. He made his black but im sure you could mix any color desired into the fiber glass mix to change the colors.

Oh I see, those where most likely custom made; I know there's a few vendors/freelancers who are currently looking at making carbon fiber headliners, but none are actually for sale at the moment. For the pillars like I said previously, just sand the texture off till it's smooth, paint it and clear coat (use adequate paint etc. and prep it.) and it should look like what you're looking for. Just my 0.02
