Sunroof glass removal?

i have search the forums for the factory sunroof glass removal and my latch is different from the others...i have a 92 awd tsi and the latch isnt square its kind of round with a red circular button on the side that releases and locks. does anybody have an idea?

And if it's not like that thread, then it's an aftermarket sunroof tossed in by some dealer.
