Sunroof Removal?

i was wondering if neone knows how to remove the WHOLE sunroof setup out of a 1995 talon tsi.......... or install would help too thanks?

Its acualy VERY easy - drop the headliner and unbolt all the 10mm nuts around the sunroof ,disconnect 4 drain tubes and unplug the plugs. the whole thing drops DOWN inside the car

How heavy are the sliders and glass? Has anyone fabricated their own bracket and put something like lexan up there? I was in the process of removing it to lose some weight until I realized that the glass/slider assembly is all one unit.
