hey guys need a few answers to make sure i have things correct with my new oil filter housing.

I just bought the foward facing ofh for the 6 bolt in my TSi from ffwd https://www.ffwdconnection.com/triplef6.html

The torque for the housing should be 14 foot lbs correct?

The position of the bolt should be 2 sort go in the shallowest one ane med. and on long correct, th bottom left being the longest? (see pic)

what are ports E and I used for specifically?

oil filter quaker state qs14612 ok to use for now?

I have searched and alot of links are broken and images are gone due to photobucket's crap.

Torque for crank pulley 4 bolts?

I am eliminating the housing cooler so i am just going to loop it back into itself.

I know some of the qustions are stupid but just want to make sure i get everything correct.

Thanks in advance.

Bolts lengths for this housing are:
  • (1x) 70mm
  • (1x) 55mm
  • (2x) 40mm
Yes, they fit in the positions you've explained, but for illustrative purposes and to help with your other questions (black arrow is unfiltered so use for sensors only unless you have an inline filter for your turbo, white arrow is post-filter, so clean oil):

Torque specs do not change due to length. They are listed in the 1G bolt size thread. But yes, 14ft-lbs is accurate for the OFH bolts. Crank pulley bolts are 14-22 ft-lbs.

Not possible with that housing or any other non-turbo housing for the 4G63 without some sort of adapter at the filter that has provisions for a cooler already built in.
