Resolved Felpro MLS head gasket reuse?

Can we reuse the MLS head gasket if we remove the head to inspect and reinstall the same head?

As I am sure some have tried I would never do such a thing. You might, by some sheer chance be able to get away with it with some copper coat but think about it this way; a gasket is meant to be crushed. When crushed there is no way for it to go back to how it originally was to then crush again.

Just spend the little extra cash on another MLS. You'll be glad you did.

Ok. I won't remove the head and replace the ARPs one at a time for the L19s

Its a 185 dollar gasket and I have reused them on 600+HP engines over and over again without issue.

I reused mine. Never had a leak before it came off, was no damage to it, so I saw no reason to replace it. Reusing a MLS head gasket is nothing new. Getting it to seal is mainly just a function of how well the head and block surfaces are machined.
