fans interchangable?

does anybody know if the radiator fan and a/c fan are interchangable? would either one work on either side? or are the connectors and mounting different?

they can be moved -- but if the reg fan was plugged into the a/c connector, it would only turn on when the a/c was turned on.

oh i know that.. only reason i ask is because i need a radiator fan and was wondering if i only found an a/c fan at the junk yard, if i could use that instead. would i be able to plug in the a/c fan to use it as the radiator fan?
