failed inspection because of evap..

failed inspection check engine light was on scanned it and had a small emission leak so i figured i was fine. looking in my repair manual and thinking my evap system is messed up and while i was looking for it.. i couldnt find it.. so if someone could send me a pic of where the evap canister is located it would be greatly appreciated

If you are working on a 98 n/t the canister should be on top of the fuel tank or right by it on a bracket. There might be a leak in the lines causing a pressure read issue so first inspect the lines then you can check the whole system for leaks. There are evap system testers out there that disperce low pressured amounts of smoke into the system to find the leak. That would be your best bet.
