Failed Emissions, High CO

Hey guys, well I just failed my emissions test due to high CO count. Here's the results.

What causes high CO only at cruising? I've searched but the majority of the people only have high HC's.

By the way the car is 100% stock nothing touched. New plugs and wires.

High co is caused by partially burned hc's or fuel that was nit burned during combustion, A good cat should help fix this.
