I bought a F&F style body kit for my GSX (mainly for laughs) last night for $400 off someone from Facebook. He claimed it was an authentic “BLITZ” kit but I heard that company never made stuff like this for DSMs and that it was just a knock off of the MKIV Supra. Either way, upon placing the front bumper I knew fitment would be a little off but what worries me most is my FMIC core sits lower than the kit itself 🤣 plus, the side markers have a cutout which obviously isn't based off the movie.

My main question right now is what brand this might be. Duraflex? There's a ton of companies that clone them and people who just make it work. I haven't placed the rest of the kit on yet but I'll upload some pics the guy had for reference. I can tell it's for the earlier 2Gs since my headlights are too small to cover the gap up front and rear bumper has reverse lights near the plate. Other than that, the front grill area looks a bit small of an opening

P.S. sorry if this is the wrong thread to post on

Blitz was not a brand, it was just a style of the bumper, what the look was called.

The authentic kit from the movie was made by robocar

Back in the day there was not a certain brand. The kits were made nameless and shipped nameless.

Thats not a duraflex kit, they atleast test a mold and fitment first

Definitely a cheap knock off judging by fitment. And you already know you need older, harder to find headlights. It’s your car, if you like it, I love it.
Yeah, I'll probably end up selling it tbh. Not worth the trouble especially since I enjoy the OEM look the most

I haven't tried any of the other panels but I'm sure it'll be the same. Not worth it so I'll post it up for sale

I see now how it's not Duraflex. Yours have cutouts for the side marker lights, Duraflex do not. More than likely a knockoff from Ebay or Amazon.
