Exhaust manifold

I would think that it would be better ### the exhaust would flow more easy, but I don't see too many people with headers, so I'm kinda woundering the same thing

Its a worthless upgrade FOR YOU at this point. The T too small probably wont benefit from a header. If it does, its minimal. PLUS, if you're going to put a GOOD header on, not ebay crap. That money would be better spent on a 16g and a port job for a 2g mani.
Not sure what hp range your stock ported piece starts to hold you back but I can tell you, with only a t25, you're VERY far away.

By looking at your mods I would say a boost controller, fuel mods, hard pipes will benefit you more. That will be close to a good manifold like fp, @$300
Just my .02 cent people if you are going to stick with the tsmall like me!

Don't meen to thread Jack but I have a t-28, and I got a mani leak so I was woundering what I should go with. would I benifit from it, I'm going to get a fmic, and a boost controller. And that's about it.

i run an fp on my 16g, best move i made. its a fun turbo to run, the fp has great ports real thick(less likely to crack)
fp run bout 200(maperformance) u can usually pick up good 16gs for bout 200-250 but u will need an install kit, way better investment than any tube manifold and yes your o2 housing, which bolts to your downpipe will bolt on to the turbo. heck for that matter the turbo will bolt up to your stock mani...

I ran my t25 on I am a fp mani with a ssac front mount for almost a year. Little notice on any gains I am sure that there was minimal gains at best. I would get all the supporting mods first like I did. I mean shit I ran my t25 on 1000 cc injectors with a 255 wally and link. Not because I thought that it was needed by any means but I knew at some point in time I was going bigger with the turbo.

I didn't feel the need to start a new thread for this question.

Quite a few people on this thread have said that the FP manifold would be a good upgrade from the stock.
I was thinking of going with a tubular manifold (one of those high priced, fancy, circle ones) but am wondering whats the benefit? Higher, faster flow? I think a FP manifold would be fine for around 400hp, am I wrong?

Thanks, Jayson
