Exhaust install -strange issue

Hi,
Just picked up a 2G Talon TSI AWD, and after some driving, I noticed a strange rattle in 5th. Was worried 5th was about to leave me, but then opened the window, and it didn't sound like gringing gears. Looking underneath the car, I noticed (in low light) it seems as though the current (shitty) exhaust is being held by a couple of studs (welded to them). Is this proper?

Right after seeing this, I placed an order for a HKS Ti-C. After reading a couple of exhaust install threads, i'm now slightly concerned that it wont fit :/.

Help is greatly appreciated.

It should be a "stud" welded to the exhaust and then a rubber hanger bolted to the "stud''..

yes those are for the hangers. If it doesnt fit, almost any exhaust shop should be able to change the hangers around if they dont fit.
