EVO VIII exhaust mani & turbo on a 2g possible?

i tried searching.
so far what i understand is that the evo viii turbo is backwards so it wont work.
how about if you bolted on the evo viii mani and turbo?
i know that maf would have to face the other way, but is it possible?

stop wasting you time both engines are completely different. You cant do it so just buy a 20G and go smoke EVO's and STi's and call it a day.
