evo 3 big 16g rebuild help! !!!

Ok guys I rebuilt my evo 3 16g everything is lubricated and nothing was forced in now after I torque the compressor nut down it won't spin hell finger tight it won't spin but the moment loosen it up spins like a champ I even del checked my work with YouTube videos pls help I'm totally lost and I need my turbo

If I remember correctly. The shaft on the exhaust blade needs to snap in place.

What are you torquing to? You know it's usually like 100in/lb, not ft/lb!
