Evo 3 Big 16g or Garrett 50 trim?

I have a 1998 Eclipse gst with a fmic, 850cc injectors, tactrix cable, COP setup, Full catless downpipe exhaust, Walbro 255, and stock rebuilt 4g63. I'm debating on which turbo to use? I have both a evo 3 big 16g and a garrett 50 trim that has a 38mm precision wastegate, and I want to make around 400whp (not too worried about numbers) Which turbo should I go with and still be able to have room to get more HP? And how much boost should I run? and what other mods will I need? I'm Very new to the DSM scene, so any help is greatly appreciated! thanks!

Garret my choice or holset hx 35 evo would be pushing it, check out the upgrade path, if your asking how much boost depends on setup and healthy engine. Look at other turbo set ups too.
